Keeping Request Lists Clean

The Fulfillment Job, Resource Sharing Completed Request Cleanup job, runs weekly on Mondays at 1am ET.

This job will remove Borrowing Requests that are at one of the following "final" statuses:

  • Cancelled by partner
  • Cancelled by patron
  • Canceled by staff 
  • Expired
  • Request Completed

This job will only remove Lending Requests that are at the "final" status: 

  • Request Completed

For Lending Requests that are at other statuses that you'd like to clear such as Canceled or Expired, you can manually mark them as Request Completed and they will be cleared the next time the Cleanup job is run.

How to Modify the Status to Request Completed

Select the Lending Request you would like to have removed by clicking on the Checkbox next to the title, see image below.

Click on Change Status, (upper right) and choose Request Completed.
