Yes, the article can be downloaded by the patron when they log in to view it.
Yes, if you have the article name you can log in to the RapidILL module to view and download the article for them. The article is retained for 30 days. After the 30 days the patron will need to resubmit their request.
Yes, this can be changed. RapidILL and UBorrow use the same form to create requests so verbiage that includes them both might be best to reduce confusion. Please put in a help desk ticket with the change you would like to make.
Unfortunately, since RapidILL and UBorrow share the same form, and the Pick Up Location is required for UBorrow, it isn't possible to remove this just for article requests. Since the request is for digital material, there is no impact for choosing any pick up location.

Resending the letter:
Open the patron's record and click the Attachments tab
Find the letter
Click the ellipse and choose Resend
Direct the patron to view the request in Primo by logging in to their My Library Card
Login to the RapidILL module within 30 days to download and send the patron the article.
