**Alma/Primo VE Main Resource Guide

This guide is one-stop site for everything related to FLVC's integrated library system (Alma) and discovery tool (Primo VE). Included are sections on training courses, basic functions of Alma, access to test environments, managing staff accounts, and more

Support Options

  • FLVC Help Desk:
    • The majority of your questions/issues should be sent to the FLVC Help Desk. Here is a link with details about how to email, call or chat with HelpDesk staff to help resolve problems, FLVC Help Center.
  • Report to Ex Libris:
    • Used to report collection and title (portfolio) level issues for Alma electronic collections when they originate in the CZ
    • Library staff who can file tickets with ProQuest can use this feature. Contact the FLVC Help Desk to request the configuration of the CRM Contacts table in Alma.
