**Alma/Primo VE Main Resource Guide

FLVC Fall Virtual Conference

On November 9, 2022, FLVC held its first one-day Virtual Conference on Alma and Primo VE. Over 300 attendees from Florida's state colleges and universities logged into sessions as well as several individuals from library consortia across the country. The turnout was larger than expected since Hurricane Nicole unexpectedly closed several institutions on the day of the event.

The conference was divided into three sections. The morning was devoted to two presentations given by representatives from Ex Libris on the status of both Alma and Primo VE. Afterwards, library staff from five of our institutions made short presentations on how they are able to use Alma and/or Primo VE to provide new or enhanced services. The final session in the afternoon was given by the FLVC staff where they gave valuable information on each major area of the system to help libraries customize their instance of Alma and Primo VE in order to make it more functional for students and staff to use.
