This LibGuide and the guides that are linked to it are designed to assist library staff affiliated with FLVC information and instruction on how to use the various components of Alma and Primo VE. Our goal is to create a one-stop resource for all aspects of our system including resources for learning how to use Alma and Primo VE, how to configure certain customized components, and links to documentation and training videos. FLVC staff will continually add new content. Re-visit often in order to see this site grow!

Alma and Primo VE Releases

The April Release of Resolved Issues and Analytics have been completed.  Click here to see the Alma notes and Primo notes.

The April Release of Resolved Issues and Analytics occurred on the following dates. 

  • Sandbox Environments were updated on March 17, 2024.
  • Production Environments were updated on April 7, 2024.

The next release of New Features will occur in May on the following dates.  

  • Sandbox environments will be updated on April 21, 2024.
  • Production environments will be updated on May 5, 2024.

Content Training & Information

Ballots and voting instructions for the trial CDI software enhancement initiative will be sent on Monday, April 15, the first day of voting.  Voting will end on May 3.  There will be about a dozen items for votes on the ballot.
