**Alma/Primo VE Main Resource Guide

This LibGuide and the guides that are linked to it are designed to assist library staff affiliated with FLVC information and instruction on how to use the various components of Alma and Primo VE. Our goal is to create a one-stop resource for all aspects of our system including resources for learning how to use Alma and Primo VE, how to configure certain customized components, and links to documentation and training videos. FLVC staff will continually add new content. Re-visit often in order to see this site grow!

Enhancements (from NERS to CERV)

New Enhancement Request System renamed Community Enhancement Requests and Voting.

Visit the Enhancement Process tab for more information about the Alma/Primo Enhancement process, the new CDI Enhancement update and Rapido/RapidILL enhancements. 

There is new voting software, ElectionBuddy, that will be used for the 2024 RapidILL/Rapido enhancements.  ELUNA institutional members are required to update their software profiles in the membership directories by Friday, July 27th.  Visit the  2024 RapidILL Enhancements on this page: Enhancement Process for details about updating your software profiles.

Alma and Primo VE Releases

The April 2025, Resolved Issue and Analytics will be released on the following dates:

• Sandbox environments will be updated on March 23, 2025.
• Production environments will be updated on April 6, 2025.

• Production environments were updated on March 2, 2025.

In February 2025, the next New Features will be released on the following dates:
