Please edit CZ bib records with caution. Any edits you make will change the record for all Alma/Primo users worldwide, not just those at your institution.
- You can edit CZ bib records as you would any other bib record:
- Search for the record in the CZ.
- From the ellipses, choose “Edit Record” to open the record in the Metadata Editor.
- Make desired edits. See guidelines below.
- Remember to add any local information in a local extension field.
- Once finished, save and release the record.
