Cascadia Open Education Summit 2021 is an event offered by BCcampus; California State University, Office of the Chancellor; Open Oregon Educational Resources; and the Washington State Board for Community and Technical Colleges.
This free digital conference explores innovation, research, and best practices in open education around the theme of “Regional influence. Global impact.” We are featuring a keynote speaker from each of our four represented regions to celebrate the achievements in open education made here on the West Coast. Attendees will have the opportunity to connect virtually with new and old colleagues, watch live and pre-recorded presentations, and learn about homegrown open education projects that could go on to change the world.
The Open Education Network (OEN) Summer Summit is an event for emerging and established open education leaders to build community and explore open education strategies. We come together to learn, collaborate, and have fun.
Cal OER focuses on OER efforts and impact, broadly defined, across the state of California and especially across the state’s three public higher education systems, the California Community Colleges, California State University, and University of California. Created by librarians at the University of Arkansas – Fayetteville, OE-Arkansas is an annual statewide gathering of librarians, faculty, and administrators interested in learning about open education and pursuing open educational initiatives for their respective institutions. The 2022 meeting is being hosted by the SouthArk Library at South Arkansas Community College, and will take place virtually on Friday, March 11, 2022 at the conclusion of National Open Education Week.
The second annual Open Texas conference once again convened librarians, faculty, administrators, and other open education practitioners and advocates in Texas and beyond. The 2022 conference was held fully online via the Cvent conference platform and was FREE to attend.
