Alma Fulfillment Resource Guide

This guide covers all aspects of the fulfillment process. This includes maintaining all patron records, loaning materials, returning/renewing loaned materials, managing lost items dealing with fines and fees as well as course reserves.

Ful Fines\Fees Notification Letter Sent to patrons by a job to inform them of fines or fees they owe. Requires a special job to be configured and run. Item Change Due Date Letter Sent to patrons indicating changes to the due date of an item. Hi Smith, John, (reason for due date change/new due date)Please contact the library with any questions.
Ful Lost Loan Letter Sent if an item is manually changed to lost. Hi Smith, John, Item(s) that have been loaned by you have been marked as lost. Login to the library catalog for more information.
Ful Overdue And Lost Loan Letter Sent if an item is so overdue it becomes lost. Hi Smith, John, Item(s) that have been loaned by you have been marked as lost. Login to the library catalog for more information.
Ful Overdue And Lost Loan Notification Letter Sent on your overdue notice schedule. Hi Smith, John, Item(s) that have been loaned by you will be marked as lost if not returned. Login to the library catalog for more information.
On Hold Shelf Letter Sent when an item is placed on the hold shelf. The following item, which you requested on xx/xx/xxxx can be picked up (circ desk). The item will be held for you until xx/xx/xxxx. (title)By:(author) (publisher )
Shortened Due Date Letter Sent when an item's due date has been shortened. Hi Smith, John, The due date for your borrowed item (title) was shortened since the (reason) . Please contact the library with any questions.
Ful User Borrowing Activity Letter Sent when a Borrowing Activity Letter is sent. Hi Smith, John, You have outstanding loan(s) and/or fine(s). Login to the library catalog for more information.
Courtesy Letter Sent when a courtesy notice is sent. Hi Smith, John, You have (#of items due soon) item(s) due soon. Please return or renew before (due date of items). Login to the library catalog for more information.
Overdue Notice Letter Sent to patrons by a job to inform them of all loans due that day. Requires a special job to be configured and run. Hi Smith, John, You have (# of overdue items) overdue item(s). Please return or renew ASAP. Login to the library catalog for more information.
