Acquisitions Analytics Dashboard covers data from vendors, transactions, funds, purchase types and more. The dashboard provides functional information viewing information on budget usage trends and updated expenses overviews. The system also shows the allocations, the encumbrances (pending, actual and total), the expenditures (pending, actual and total) and the available balance for each fund. This information is updated and displayed in real-time within Alma, and available for use in analytical reports.

Status of Portfolios: The status of electronic portfolios can be viewed and edited on the E-Activation Task Details page. The activation of electronic resources begins when you receive an electronic material delivery. A resource awaiting activation can be one of the following types: Electronic collection – Requires completion of the Activation Wizard before the resource is activated. Portfolio – Requires only a confirmation that the resource can be activated.
Number of Portfolios per Vendors: The number of portfolios per vendor can be tracked using procurement spend analytics. This allows users to quickly view their spend per vendor.
PO Line Reference Lines for Portfolios: Information to see if any portfolios are paid. Those that do not have PO lines are excluded.
