Digital Collections and Archives: ArchivesSpace

Introduction

ArchivesSpace is an open source archives information management system. It is primarily used for keeping records on physical collections, not digital collections, but it does also have digital collection integration capabilities. FLVC maintains a consortium-wide instance of ArchivesSpace which is available for all Florida public institutions to use at reduced rates. To find out how to take advantage of consortium rates for ArchivesSpace, email help@flvc.org with ArchivesSpace in the subject.

Provided for all Florida Library Services ArchivesSpace instances and includes the capability to search all Florida Library Services-hosted Resource records on a single web page.

  • This site is wiped on a schedule.
  • This site has the same basic configuration that Lyrasis will use for the Lyrasis hosted ArchivesSpace sites.
