The license agreements associated with the statewide collection are available for download from Consortia Manager using the following steps:
1) At the top of the menu tool bar. Click on More: 
2) This will display a drop down menu and select License Summary: 
3) Then, all Agreement Records that are associated with the member institution are displayed:
In this example, we've selected the Agreement Record for Infobase.
Please note the following: An Agreement Record refers to a formal record within the system that tracks and documents a business arrangement between the vendor and Florida Virtual Campus (FLVC). The Agreement Record is distinct from the "license," which refers to the signed legal contract. The Agreement Record serves as the parent record for related Product and License records, and its naming convention will include the publisher’s name and subscription year.
4) To locate the attached License Record, please scroll beyond these sections in the Agreement Record: Pricing Information and Products in this Agreement.
5) At the bottom of the License Record, there will be an attached license that is available for downloading.
Please note that we are currently working on a project to provide statewide collection licenses via Alma/Primo. After this project is completed, you will still be able to download licenses from Consortia Manager.
