Since 2020, FLVC has been using CELUS to harvest and manage usage data for statewide electronic resources. CELUS also has the ability to generate reports for collection evaluation by the CMESC which are collected annually for the previous calendar year in February/March. The overall usage is also included in FLVC's mid-year and annual reports.
