Professional Development Alliance

The Professional Development Alliance (PDA) is a group of peer library consortia across the United States. The goal of the PDA is to increase the number of online professional development opportunities available to library staff by making select sessions freely accessible to all participating members.

As a PDA member, FLVC offers its institutional members access to numerous online professional development sessions annually at no cost. These sessions cover a wide range of topics relevant to library professionals, providing members the chance to enhance their skills through collaborations with other library-affiliated organizations.

PDA offerings include registration details and guide participants to the host consortium for enrollment. Events will be conducted using the host’s preferred delivery platform.
