In order to implement all facets of Alma and Primo VE, FALSC is using a similar organizational structure that was used in the previous implementation. This structure incorporates the use of an overall Implementation Team, eight Working Groups whose focus is on a particular aspect of the ILS, eight corresponding Discussion Groups who assist their corresponding Working Group, a high level Steering Committee, and 40 ILS Coordinators which represent each of our institutions.
