Pursuant to Florida Statute 1007.27, this site provides information and support for the "Florida Library Access – Pass for Accelerated Secondary Students" program, or FLA-PASS. This program ensures that students enrolled in dual enrollment or other accelerated programs have access to library resources, per statute: "Students of Florida public secondary schools enrolled pursuant to this subsection shall be deemed authorized users of the state-funded electronic library resources that are licensed for Florida College System institutions and state universities by the Florida Postsecondary Academic Library Network." Procedures for FLA-PASS are outlined in Section 6A-7.077 of the Florida Department of Education Rules and Section 6.012 of Florida Board of Governors Regulations.

Access to FLA-PASS requires that your high school administration has registered you so you can be provided a username and password. Information regarding registration, forms, and user guides can be found on the FLA-PASS page located under the Quick Links section to the right of the page.
Please Note: The accounts that are made for FLA-Pass Administrators can only grant access to the online resources to their students. Administrators will receive an error message when trying to view the online resources.
