Maintaining OpenAthens 

1) Perform Vendor Outreach - Sample Letter. Mostly vendors just need your OpenAthens Federation and Proxy Information. 

2) Add Resource to your OpenAthens Admin Catalog (https://docs.openathens.net/display/public/MD/Catalogue – if the resource is not found in your catalog, please contact EBSCO support at support@ebsco.com

3) Athenize the link and post wherever you need it to go.  (Use the Redirector Link Generator in OpenAthens Admin https://docs.openathens.net/display/public/MD/Redirector+link+generator

  • If you cannot find a particular resource within the OpenAthens Admin catalog, please contact our customer support team to facilitate its inclusion
