Permission Sets

Permission sets exist to decide who can access what resource. Every site has a Default Permission Set which is assigned to every user. You can also create permission sets for licenses that are restricted to certain users either by editing accounts manually or if those users can be identified by a given attribute.

UCF has set up additional permission sets to tailor access to license restrictions.

In your data dashboard, you can limit by permission set and if you only have the Default Permission Set, that limit will give you a raw total of accessions. Columns will total if you download a report, but if you want a total on the screen, breakdown by permission set. If you have more than one, it still should be easy to add them up.
